The Bronx Borough Courthouse, a landmark on the National Register of Historic Places, is a beautiful four-story, Beaux-Arts style building. This very tall, yet compact building offers just over eighty thousand square feet and could be converted into a number of multi-disciplinary uses. The French-inspired detailing appearing throughout the building, was preserved and restored to its original splendor while updating the interior and converting it into a 21st century structure. The eventual goal is to convert the interior into fifty thousand square feet of commercial space and thirty-six thousand square feet of community facility space.
