This New York landmark is located in the historic flatiron district, next to the famous Ace Hotel. After years of neglect and abuse, Mocal Enterprises is finally giving the Centurion Building a full façade restoration together with a complete interior renovation by BuiltIN Studio. The exterior envelope renovation encompasses all of the repointing, repairing spalled marble, removal and replacement of terra cotta cornices, repairing spandrels & columns, and cleaning of all marble and brick. A brand new storefront is also being installed to update and renovate the look while keeping all the historic charm and preserving the Centurion’s original aesthetic.
