This feasibility study looks at the combination of nine sites, seven of which are located in the special Little Italy Landmark District. GHS proposed four different schemes, calculating the maximum allowable floor areas within a range of 41,000 to 130,000 square feet, anywhere from 9 to 18 stories. Determining the best combination of lots for this study was difficult since one lot is over a subway tunnel and air shaft and some of the lots are landmarked.
